Winter holiday★
My winter holiday was very good! I return to my family home on December 26. I took a night train. I arrived at Niigata the next day. My plan was I got on board a ship after I arrived at Niigata, bad ship don’t sailed. After all I stayed my friend’s home and goy on board a ship on next day. It is very unlucky..
I made kuri-kinton on the last day of the year. I’m tired as expected; bad I enjoyed it with my sister. The first three days of the New Year, I eat a lot of food Osechi, rice cake and so on. I got many New Year’s gift on New Year’s Day. I paid a visit to a shrine on January 3.

I think I want to enjoy relaxing with my family. I am planning to return to my family home on December 26. I would like to eat much food! I want to eat “Osechi” and rice cake. I like rice cake very much. Also I like “Kurikinton” best of all osechi. Every year I make this. I enjoy making it with my sister. It is hard to crush the chestnut.
Also I am look forward to seeing New Year’s card and get New Year’s gift! Many friends give me New Year’s card and many people give me New Year’s gift every year. Anyway I should like to do something useful with winter vacation.
Setsubun:)
I would like to introduce about “Setsubun”. People in Japan celebrate he end of winter and beginning of spring on February 3. Family members throw beans in front of their house and inside the house and shouting, “Good luck in! Evil spirits out!” After that they eat the beans for each year of their age. Also we eat “Ehoumaki” It is the “Temakizushi” It is very big, bad delicious. While eating this we must not talk. It is important culture.
Comparing co-educational schools and single-sex schools.
There are single-sex schools and co-educational schools. Each has advantages. Single-sex schools have a lot in common with classmate. Your topic of conversation, value system and ways of thinking will similar. You can have a conversation freely in the class. Also you can concentrate on study, club activities and so on. In contrast you can encounter more many ways of thinking in co-educational. You will learn how to talk with the opposite sex, how to treat the opposite sex and cooperate with the opposite sex. There are some of the differences between single-sex schools and co-educational schools. We should carefully consider the merits and demerits of each when we choose the school.

I live in Kanagawa now. My hometown is Sado Island in Niigata prefecture. Sado Island is the biggest Island in Japan. Sado has the mountain called Kinzan, beautiful setting sun and interesting traditionally entertainment. For example, Meotoiwa, Nagatemisaki, Sadookesa, Onidaiko and Kodo. There are birds called Toki.
Since 1st grade I practiced kendo. I have 3rd degree, so if you are interested in Kendo let’s talk about Kendo.

Sometimes the teacher want to know the results of a quiz, he or she tell the student to swap their papers. This way of paper swapping is general in many schools. However, there are proponents and opponents with regard to this issue. It is mainly teacher that proponents of paper swapping. They think the quickest way to check student’s results. The teacher can save time. The proponents say that this practice stimulates students. On the other hand opponents think that student’s privacy should protect. A certain student doesn’t want his classmate to know own results. Thus, there are proponents and opponents with regard to this issue. We should be careful in deciding which stance to choose.
Should children have their own cell phones?
The children who have a cell phone has been increasing recently. According to Benesse research as the school year goes up, the possession rate of the cell phone goes up. There are parents who say I am relieved that let children get hold of cell phone. That may be right, but I have a different opinion. First, it is dangerous for children to get hold of cell phone. That’s reason why for example, parents are put too much confidence. Even though it is safe if the power supply, shut off, it is just machine. Second is influence of electromagnetic wave. According to babycom ecology the resident organization in Britain is worried that electromagnetic wave is sent out from cell phone influence child’s head. Children who are period of growth has possibility that reacted more sensitive than adults. These are the reasons why I support the opinion that children shouldn’t have a cell phone.

I feel pressured when I was interfere. I hate to have people meddle in my affairs. I understand that they worry about me but I don’t feel good. When I was high school student, I feel pressured very much, so I often absent school. That’s reason why, I couldn’t get along with my friends, parents and teacher. I went to hospital, and then the doctor said “Because of the stress”. Now the way of radiation stress is I go to karaoke, go out with my friends and I eat appetizing dishes. I don’t want to feel pressured as much as possible.

Human beings have the ability to learn.Then has the dog also this ability? To answer this question, Pavlov performed interesting experiment by using his dog. In this experiment, whenever food is put before the dog, a bell is rung. Pavlov continued this for a week. One day, after several weeks, a bell is rung but food isn’t put before the dog. A bell is rung but the dog began to salivate. When a bell is rung the dog thought dinner time. The results showed clearly that dog has the ability to learn.
